12 Days of Christmas

We found a new family tradition last Christmas that I thought I would share with you.  This isn't anything new around, but new to us and we put our own tweek on it.

The 12 Days of Christmas - Nativity Style!

I shopped all over this town and finally had to go back the the dreaded Walmart to get this set to make it work!  Because I'm such a huge FAN of shopping at Walmart, I stocked up so I wouldn't have to go back too soon.
We were so excited about this adventure that we did the 12 Days of Christmas to 3 people last year.  It was a highlight of our days/nights.

You give one piece of a nativity set every day. We started with the stable in the box and ended with Baby Jesus being given on Christmas Eve.  
I loved packaging all the little pieces so cute. 
I made up the little 4X6 tags in Photoshop to go with each 'character'. I printed them at Sam's Club ($ .13 each) and had them on hand to stick with the little 'gift' each day.

We're still trying to decide who to give this to this year....I like older people who will not chase us as we 'ring and run'.
